Destination Fitness is a new revolutionary company in which Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will come to you, in the privacy of your home. You also have the option of meeting with our trainers in our facility. We will help you reach your fitness and dietary goals. Trainers with Destination Fitness have over 14 years. We have clients as young as ten and as old as 80. Our experience includes training people who needed to become fit for the military, fire department, police department, as well as military school or individuals who just wanted to be healthier. We are successful with helping our clients lose weight, gain weight or maintain their weight. Destination Fitness trainers are dedicated to our clients and will work with them to reach their fitness goals.
Destination Fitness trainers are reasonably priced… Personal training can be very expensive and even unrealistically priced for most people. Most high chain fitness companies’ prices can range from $150 per session. We offer training from $99, depending on the number of sessions. Discounts are offered if you would like to train with a friend where the second person only pays half price.
Destination Fitness trainers offer diverse and creative workouts… Do you get tired of doing the same workout? Does this monotony cause you to quit your workout all together? If so, this can be a major issue when you do not have someone with experience in the many different disciplines of training. Fortunately, Destination Fitness trainers have knowledge in many different areas to guarantee that your workout will never be boring or repetitive.
Your workouts will be customized to your fitness needs… Each individual is different and has different fitness goals. For that reason each workout will be customized specifically for you and your desires. You will receive Fitness Testing and Assessments, Strength Training and Cardiovascular Conditioning, A Nutritional Analysis, Meal Plan developed by a Registered Dietician, Core Conditioning, Balance and Flexibility Training and Functional Training. Destination Fitness trainers will provide all the tools necessary for you to be successful.
