Service Description
Aquatic fitness sessions provide a low impact, full body workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness. Water based exercise offers a supportive environment that reduces stress on the joints while helping participants build confidence and improve fitness. Sessions may include aquatic cardio, resistance exercises, balance training, flexibility work, and beginner friendly movement instruction for a variety of fitness levels.
